Gaming Commission of Ghana

The Gaming Commission of Ghana regulates, controls, monitors and supervises games of chance under the Gaming Act, 2006 (Act 721). Its official website is the starting point for current guidance and contact information.

The licensed-operators register can be used to check published company names, operating categories and licence dates. A listing is not proof that a particular game appears in an operator catalogue.

For Aviator rules and completed-round verification, consult SPRIBE’s product and fairness documentation. Keep supplier information separate from local operator authorization.

How to use the sources

Match the operator’s legal entity and category against the live register, then read the current account terms for eligibility, location and complaint handling. If a question remains unresolved, use the regulator’s published contact details or seek qualified advice.

This site has not audited a licence, inspected a private catalogue or tested operator transactions. The links are references for independent checking, not a legal opinion.
